実施概要
このCasino Hotelは岩盤上に建築されたが、築後2年間の間で不等沈下が発生し最大536mm沈下した。又、建物の柱や壁に亀裂が発生し構造体の損傷が目立った。沈下の原因は、恐らく地耐力の不足と考えられる。
The Casino Hotel was built on the rock mass, but
occurred uneven settlement for 2years after new construction, it was maximum 536mm.

実施施工
地下１階から地下ピットに入り削孔した。 建物も異形形状の為、く隆起確認を外部、内部とも計測し歪に上がらないようJOGを施した。又、建物の柱や壁に亀裂があり構造体に損傷がある為、構造技士との連携のもと施工した。
Drilling core was executed in basement pit.
As the external form of building was unusual,JOG method was executed with controlling emergence from both outside and inside not to distort building.
